Rogers Group, Inc., the nation’s largest private crushed stone producer, needed to replace their budgeting and forecasting process. Thomas Nelson, Inc., the world’s largest Christian publisher and one of the largest trade publishers in the U.S., has worked with Acceles for almost a decade to overhaul their systems and processes. They were aggravated with all of their inconsistent or inaccurate data, the complexity of adding or maintaining information, and their limited reporting and forecasting capabilities. The company had several items on their wish list—including being able to sort the budget by SKU and product, automate reporting, and easily create complex reports with detailed data, calculations, and forecasts—and they needed the best consultants out there to make it happen.
